Update
Kubernetes migration in Live environment is now complete.
Proceeding to Forms migration at 1:30PM EST today (December 16, 2023)
Showdme App is now up and running, however, you may encounter performance issues or short outages during Forms migration.
We will keep you posted for any other updates. Thank you

We are now in second step --> Start of Live environment validation Showdme App is now out of maintenance mode.
Currently, QA team performs testing. Showdme Desktop and Mobile Application may encounter performance issues or short outages.

Please be advised that there will be a scheduled Kubernetes and Forms migration in Showdme Production environment on December 16, 2023 (03:30 AM EST to 07:30 PM EST) .
Detailed schedule of the migration: 1. 3:30AM to 6:30AM --> Start of Kubernetes migration (Showdme App will be in maintenance mode, no one can login in Live environment) 2. 6:30AM to 9:30AM --> Start of Live environment validation (Showdme App will be out of maintence mode, users can login in Live environment. QA team performs testing) 3. 9:30AM to 1:30PM --> Special case: Rollback if needed 4. 1:30PM to 4:30PM --> Start of Phase 5 Forms migration (For Preferred client and all Template forms, users can login in Live environment) 5: 4:30PM to 7:30PM --> Start of Forms testing in Live environment 6. 7:30 --> QA signoff as migration complete (Send-out announcement in Statuspage and Release channel)
